Provider Notification
- Notify the patient’s primary care provider (PCP) if identified within two business days.
- Include the patient’s name, date of birth, medication prescribed, and your follow-up plan.
- If operating under a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA), notify the patient’s PCP within seven days or as state law requires.
